Ferndale Farmers Market

Make sure to stop in and visit our 2nd season of the Ferndale Farmers' Market and check out our many area vendors serving the community with fresh produce, local arts and crafts and medley of gifts and goods at the city’s Centennial Riverwalk Park, Ferndale. Hours of operation are 9:00am-3:00pm, every Saturday from April 18th thru October 17th.
Peace Arch Park International Sculpture Exhibit

The international fine arts program features outdoor sculptures in Peace Arch State Park's magnificent gardens with some sculptures placed in downtown Blaine. The exhibit features sculptors from the United States, Canada, Asia and Europe and is held annually. Historic Plover Passenger Ferry Rides
August 2009 through September 7th, 2009
Beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day. The oldest passenger foot ferry in Washington State, the MV Plover was used to shuttle cannery workers to the Alaskan Salmon Cannery on Semiahmoo Spit, now home to Semiahmoo Resort & Spa. MV Plover now provides passenger foot-ferry services during the summer season, shuttling up to 17 passengers along with bicycles & strollers to summer activities happening on both sides of Drayton Harbor. Drayton Harbor Maritime Festival

Formerly known as the Blaine Boardwalk Festival, this two day event is held along Peace Portal between H Street and D Street and Blaine Harbor. Enjoy a weekend full of family fun! Art, Craft Vendors, Plover Ferry Rides, Drayton Harbor Maritime's Community Sailing Programs will be holding its 1st Annual West Marine Community Sailing Regatta at 11AM at Gate #3, Watch the famous George Raft Race and view Steam Boats from the Northwest Steam Society at Gate#2 on Marine Drive. Piano Maestro Don Stag will be playing a Calliope (Steam Organ) near Gate#2, Saturday afternoon. Downtown Blaine along Peace Portal between H & G Street will begin at 9AM and include Children's Games, a Treasure Hunt, Arts & Crafts Fair, Motorcycle Show & Shine, Merchant's Sidewalk Sale and a Pirate Costume Contest. Living history includes cannon fire, soldiers of all types on foot, on horseback and even a naval unit with a "land ship." Realistic explosions look like direct hits.
