The Anacortes Chamber of Commerce presents the 6th Annual Trick-or-Treat Downtown from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Participating downtown merchants will have candies for the kiddies and coupons or specials for the parents. At 4:00 p.m. FREE pizza bites for kiddies 12 years and under. Kiddies must be accompanied by an adult. Don't forget to bring can goods for the "Mile of Food" drive! Annual Parade of Trick – or –Treater's

Halloween Parade & Merchant Trick or Treat, La Conner. The Annual Parade of Trick or Treater’s will take place on Friday, October 31st starting at 2:00 pm on 6th & Morris Street. Participating merchants will hand out candy to Trick-or-Treater’s from 2:00-4:00 PM. Thank you to the La Conner Schools PTA for organizing this event!
