Expecting Parents Car Seat Education Class and individually scheduled car seat inspections, 676-6762, ext. 50861. The education class meets on the second Thursday each month, noon to 1 p.m. at 1500 N. State St. Free, registration requested.
Bellingham Technical College, 752-8350. Offers a variety of childbirth, parenting education and parent/child classes.

Mother Baby Center, 647-1544, www.motherbabycenter.org. Provider of health and support services for pregnant and postpartum women, their babies and their families.
Whatcom Center for Early Learning, 671-3660, www.wcel.net. Provides comprehensive, family-centered early intervention services to children ages birth to 3 years old with special needs.
Opportunity Council, 734-5121, ext. 227, www.oppco.org/services_childcare.html. Child-care and support services include referral to licensed child-care facilities, an infant/toddler early intervention program for children birth to 3 years old who have special needs, emergency child-care vouchers for families who are homeless or in crisis, training and consultation for child-care providers and families.
